iPROMs is a user-friendly web-based application that allows patients to give feedback on their recent healthcare procedure, and also allows doctors to monitor patients’ health after they have been discharged.

When patient feedback is provided, doctors can remotely assess how you are responding to your treatment plan, and take action accordingly. Your responses will also be used anonymously to calculate average progress after surgery and to provide feedback about the procedure so that doctors can improve the quality and safety of the services they provide.

What do I need to do?

iPROMs will send you online medical questionnaires to complete over several months following your treatment.

These are known as PROMs (Patient Reported Outcome Measures). You will be notified by email or text message when your doctor requests completion of a new assessment.

You can log in to iPROMs from any computer or touch screen device connected to the internet. Once you have logged in, you will be able to:

• • Complete your assessment
• • View any completed tests
• • Monitor your progress by comparing your questionnaire scores to average scores from patients undergoing similar    procedures
• • Inform your doctor of your health situation
• • Access healthcare information specific to you

To begin using iPROMs, please log in by referring to the instructions on the iPROMs ticket provided by your doctor. If you do not have a ticket, please contact your doctor.

How will my information be used?
